Breaking-up...that is, with that bad habit?
Are you breaking up with a habit that you no longer want to have? Does that immediately make you think of drinking or smoking?
Not all bad habits are so obvious.
Have you noticed the stress on our physical, emotional and mental well-being that is caused by our thoughts? Maybe you need to break-up with the habit of putting yourself down or doubting yourself.
I've had to break-up with a few of those, and sometimes I find them knocking at the door waiting to get back together.
