Coat of Armour

Resilience = Putting your coat of armour on

I'm so interested to hear people's views on what resilience means. We read it a lot, hear about it all the time but do we know what it truly is?

I help my clients increase their energy and reduce their stress levels. And building resilience is key to both, why?

Because resilience is getting to know the real you, understanding what lights you up, what triggers you, what your mind & body needs daily and what they don't need, identifying what you won't tolerate and what you need to let go of.

What does that look like?

It looks like prioritising self-care, saying 'no', having clear boundaries, being compassionate to yourself, being compassionate to others, developing new skills creating new healthy habits, slowing down & taking action.

It doesn't mean pretending to be something you aren't.

A coach guides, supports you towards the goal that you really want. That might be to get your health on track, step out of the anxiety cycle, to increase your confidence. A coach creates the space, time & focus so that you create the space, time & focus to get yourself unstuck.

Do you need help building your resilience? Message me - let me help you.
